Meet Hailey Elder, our new Customer Support team member! If you've reached out to support@ilumi.co this week, you've probably already spoken with her - she dove right in helping the ilumi nation with troubleshooting the app and helping our Kickstarter backers navigate their way through the backer surveys. She has a strong background in customer support and outside sales - and once upon a time, she worked at Walt Disney World! She has the inside scoop on the best rides.
