We've received reports of the ilumi Smartbulbs disappearing after downloading the latest app update. Our QA Team is currently investigating and we hope to have a resolution soon.

- iOS or Android App
- Device Model and operating system version
- Were your ilumi paired after you downloaded the latest app, or were your ilumi paired prior to downloading the updated app?
- Can you try manually manually resetting your ilumi, and pairing again to see if your ilumi stay paired? Follow these reset instructions here: Manual Reset and Pair
