A new update for both iOS and Android is available for download. Your device may have automatically downloaded it, but if you're unsure, check the App Store or Google Play for the available update.
There is also firmware update available for Android and iOS users. You may have already received this notification. If not, over the next few days, you will receive a notification in the app prompting you to update the firmware. Make sure that your phone is plugged in, all ilumi are powered on, and you have a good wifi or cell phone data connection to prevent interruption of the download.
If you have multiple ilumi, move the other bulbs close by so that they can receive the firmware update. Even if you have ilumi that are not paired with the app, they can still receive the firmware update as long as at least one ilumi is paired and received the update. It may take several minutes for the firmware to be updated, and to send the update to other ilumi.
***For all iOS users, please keep in mind that you must install the update to the app and the firmware update. If you only install the firmware update, you won't be able to connect to your ilumi until the app update is installed.
