We can help you return or replace your ilumi. Simply fill out the form below, and our team will begin processing the RMA for you.

 

Returns must receive an RMA number in order to be processed. If you're returning or exchanging your product, please complete the form and you'll be contacted with the RMA # and instructions on how to get your ilumi returned back to us.

 

IMPORTANT:

 

The indoor ilumi Smartbulbs are NOT intended for outdoor use and will void the manufacturer's warranty. The use of indoor ilumi Smartbulbs outdoors can result in operational failures. 

For outdoor use, please ensure you are purchasing the specific Outdoor ilumi Smartbulb.

Tampering with the ilumi will void the manufacturer's warranty. Removing the diffuser is considered tampering with the ilumi.

 

By submitting the form below, you are acknowledging that you understand the Terms of Sale for ilumi Products. Any outdoor use and/or tampering with the ilumi Smartbulbs will void your warranty. ilumi returned in these conditions will not be refunded and replacements will be issued at our discretion.
