Returns, Cancellations & Warranty
We think you'll love your ilumi, but if you are unhappy for any reason, just send it back within 45 days of the date you receive it for a full refund.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible! We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to prevent delay of you receiving your order so your order may have already shipped.
In the event that your order has already shipped, the package must be returned back to our warehouse or corporate office before we can process the refund. Please understand that this process may take several days to complete, and we appreciate your patience.
If something unexpected happens to your ilumi, you're covered with a 2 year limited manufacturer's warranty.

International orders may be fulfilled from the US, and tracked using the tracking information up until the US Customs Depot. Please note that the shipping rates provided in the checkout are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery date based on your selected destination country. Delivery is made usually within 7-14 business days of the ship date, but could take up to 20 or more business days if delayed through customs. We unfortunately have no control over this process.
Your ilumi will ship from the US and may be subject to additional taxes and import fees (VAT) in order to gain possession of your package. Contact your local customs officials for more information.
For lost packages, please contact email@example.com to report your lost or missing package. You'll be required to provide proof of non-delivery.
