Returns
We think you'll love your ilumi, but if you are unhappy for any reason, just send it back within 45 days of the date you receive it for a full refund.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible! We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to prevent delay of you receiving your order so your order may have already shipped.

In the event that your order has already shipped, the package must be returned back to our warehouse or corporate office before we can process the refund. Please understand that this process may take several days to complete, and we appreciate your patience. 

Warranty
If something unexpected happens to your ilumi, you're covered with a 2 year limited manufacturer's warranty.

International orders
International orders may be fulfilled from the US, and tracked using the tracking information up until the US Customs Depot. Please note that the shipping rates provided in the checkout are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery date based on your selected destination country. Delivery is made usually within 7-14 business days of the ship date, but could take up to 20 or more business days if delayed through customs. We unfortunately have no control over this process.

Your ilumi will ship from the US and may be subject to additional taxes and import fees (VAT) in order to gain possession of your package. Contact your local customs officials for more information.

Lost Packages
For lost packages, please contact support@ilumi.co to report your lost or missing package. You'll be required to provide proof of non-delivery.

To find the ilumi iOS app on your device, simply search "ilumi" and download the app. 

As Apple releases new versions of iOS, please ensure your device is updated to the latest version. There can be changes to the operating system that affect Bluetooth connectivity, so it's always best to stay up-to-date and be informed of how OS updates will affect your device.  

Android Devices

Requires devices with Bluetooth 4.2+

Works best with Android 5.0+

• Other Android devices may be compatible - please check the Google Play to verify your device is compatible with the ilumi app. If you're using an unsupported device, it's possible that the app will not display in the search results or you will receive a message that your device is unsupported.

Periodically, Google may make changes in the Android operating system that affect Bluetooth connectivity, negatively or positively, so please reach out to support@ilumi.co if you are experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues.

We highly recommend keeping your device updated to the latest possible iOS & Android OS for the best possible results.

Please note: As technology changes, we will make every effort to remain backwards compatible for as long as we can. As changes are made to your device's operating system, sometimes important and necessary changes are made that prevents ilumi from working at an optimal level on earlier versions. After careful review and testing, we may make the decision to change our minimum supported requirements. Please reach out to support@ilumi.co if you have any questions!
