Returns Processing Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Returns Processing Associate. Your main responsibility will be to help process returned ilumi Smart Bulbs. This includes unboxing, testing, and sorting our Smart Bulbs. No experience needed and flexible scheduling available.

We’re looking for someone with these skills:

• Work with and/or around merchandise.
  

• Have a strong attention to detail.
  

• A good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
  

• Extensive experience downloading and using Applications from the Apple and Google Play app store.
  

• Can confidently work around extension cords and lamps.

We’re looking for someone with this type of personality:

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• A quick learner who can step up and take ownership of work to get things done.

• Enjoys and appreciates working and collaborating with others from various background as part of a team.

It would really be awesome if you have the following:

• Experience in Quality Control.

• Advanced trouble shooting skills.

• Retail experience.

• Enjoy any combination of Ping-Pong, Movies, Music, Sports, Cake, or brightly colored sunglasses.
